1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is confirmed.
After processing, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment, allowing you to monitor the status of your order in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your wristwatch reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. At checkout, you will be able to choose from the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
3. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. For P.O. Box addresses, please select Standard Shipping as other shipping options may not be available for P.O. Boxes.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey. Keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If there are any delays in shipping, we will notify you via email with updated delivery information.
4. International Shipping
PixelFoorgTech currently ships internationally to select countries. The shipping cost for international orders is calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the selected shipping method. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on the location. International customers should also be aware that customs clearance may delay the delivery process. We strongly recommend that you check with your local customs office for any additional fees that may apply before placing your order.
5. Address Accuracy
To avoid delays, it is essential that you provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. PixelFoorgTech cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the order has not been shipped, we will be happy to assist you with address corrections. Once the order has shipped, however, any address corrections will need to be made directly with the carrier.
6. Shipping Delays
Although we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, please understand that unexpected delays can occur. Delays may happen due to weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control. In the event of a significant shipping delay, we will provide you with updated information and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking number. We will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier and assist in resolving the issue. If the product is damaged, please keep the damaged packaging and take clear photos of the item and packaging for verification purposes.
In the case of lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
